five projects selected to receive technical assistance in second award round
Earlier this year, CHFA launched its new Small-scale Affordable Housing Technical Assistance Pilot Program to support the development of small-scale affordable housing in historically difficult-to-develop areas. The program provides access to experienced affordable housing consulting, which will help provide development guidance for housing projects. Technical assistance may include guidance on visioning, community engagement, site assessment and modeling, financial feasibility modeling, development of RFPs, resource education and matchmaking, and more.
In CHFA’s most recent round, five developments were awarded technical assistance, which will offer a range of housing opportunities to support communities in Lake, Pueblo, Saguache, and San Juan counties.
